Return Practice
Gone Dreaming will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed merchandise by mail. We will credit you for returns made within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. Please fill out the Return Slip provided below and include it with the return. Any merchandise missing the return slip WILL NOT be processed. Returns made more than 30 days after the purchase will be credited for the item’s current selling price either in the form of a merchandise credit* or as a merchandise exchange.
*A merchandise credit will be issued by e-mail as an E-Gift Certificate. A valid email address must be provided.
Promotions & Special Offer Code
To redeem special offers, customers will be prompted to enter the offer codes during checkout. After entering offer code(s), offer adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Offers do not apply to egift cards, shipping or taxes. Offers are valid while supplies last. Please see specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other expectations. All order are subject to verification.
Video & Picture Submission
All videos and pictures are to be sent to info@gonedreaming.com where upon internal review and approval they will be posted on our website. We trust you to be responsible and submit only appropriate content.
Please note that by sending your content to info@gonedreaming.com, you’re giving Gone Dreaming, LLC the right to post it on our website. Also note that all uploaded pictures and videos are linked to Flickr and YouTube, therefore can be viewed by the public on those websites as well. Please review their policies to make sure you’re comfortable with the rules before submitting anything.
